All properties are subject to availability at time of enquiry. Confirmed bookings are binding once payment is received through the Airbnb platform.

Each property has its own Airbnb cancellation policy, which will be communicated clearly at time of booking. We follow the host's stated policy.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to treat all properties with care and respect. Damage or breach of house rules may result in charges as per the Airbnb resolution process.

Personal information shared via WhatsApp is used solely for booking purposes and is never shared with third parties without consent.
